The SERVD till and kitchen display run on proper Sunmi hardware — purpose-built kit, not a tablet balanced on the counter. Orders from your website land straight on the kitchen screen, in the order they should be cooked. If your team can use a phone, they can run this.
Order tracking
Every order gets a live tracker — a little silver cloche that lifts the moment the food is ready. Updates go where your customers actually look: WhatsApp. Fewer ‘where’s my order?’ calls, more time at the fryer.
